Just a suggestion

How about a chatbox but one of them Xat ones, they are great and I believe it would benefit the server with one of these as then you can put it on the runelocus server page thing.

If you had one of these then people looking at the page can ask question about the server and with some experience I know this helps like asking what the xp limit is etc...
